Excellent Chinese food and good service Ruel looked after us well from the time we placed a deposit until the event. We booked a private room for 2 tables to celebrate my son’s wedding. Our guests totally enjoyed the excellent food, service and ambience. As we had some last minute cancellations, the staff kindly packed leftovers for us to bring home. Overall a wonderful evening. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for tasty Chinese food at reasonable prices and good service.

What an underrated restaurant!

Peking duck was a big surprise when it was on promotion at just $48.

Eefu noodle was silky, Peking duck was served in 3 dishes (skin, cut platter and additional method which we chose eefu noodle), garlic beef was juicy and tender.

We returned again with a bigger family group yet feel the same pleasure.

Highly recommended.

Ruel Camu's hospitality and attention to details elevates our dining experience in Fu Lin Men Grandeur We are regular diners of Fu Lin Men NSRCC and had thoroughly enjoyed our family dinners there each time, and every time over the past 3 years. The food is great and Ruel (and team)'s hospitality is top notch. As such, we were saddened to learnt that NSRCC has shut its door. Then we moved to have our family dinner in Fu Lin Men Grandeur and we were once again blown away by Ruel's hospitality and attention to details. He not only remembers what our favourite dishes are (our likes and food we tend to avoid), but he also remembers the special asks of my child (now a teen) with special needs. Once again, we were won over by Ruel's excellent service level (on top of the great food there), and we will make Fu Lin Men Grandeur a regular dining spot for our family. Thank you Ruel and team for making our dining experience a delight every time.

Great customer service! We celebrated our Grandmother’s 96th birthday with our family of 50+ pax. The coordination from the start from Ken was great. On the day of the event, the Captain was very attentive and helpful. Food and customer service are great ! Highly recommend for special occasions!

Great place to dine! Nice restaurant with great food! Service was top notch as well! They have tables to comfortably seat 14pax as well as private room for 2 tables or more. Family had a good time and will certainly return.

Authentic Cantonese restaurant with reasonably priced dim sum Definitely recommend their succulent peking duck with crispy skin and fish maw soup packed with generous chunks of fish maw of good quality. So worth it especially with their ongoing promotion! Love their spacious seating, inviting atmosphere and attentive service. Private rooms are also available for booking.

Food here is quite good. There quite a good variety of dim sum and cooked dishes. The Peking duck is currently on offer and is worth it as it comes with two types of wrapping. The balance duck is also quite meaty and tasty. All the other dishes are above average but none are exceptional. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant.
Service is quite slow. There are insufficient staff to take food orders.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fu Lin Men Chinese Restaurant, located on the 3rd floor of the Novotel Hotel at Kitchener Road, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The decor exudes elegance, with a refined atmosphere that makes it perfect for both intimate gatherings and larger events.

Service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. A special mention goes to the manager, Ms May Yee who was incredibly warm and welcoming. She made sure that everything was in order, adding a personal touch to the experience that really stood out. You can tell the staff take pride in making sure their guests feel comfortable.

One of the highlights of the meal was their Beijing duck, which was fantastically delicious. The skin was crispy, and the meat was tender and flavorful, making it an absolute must-try for anyone visiting. It added to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience.
