Dear Ruel. I write to thank you and your team for the wonderful and dedicated services rendered to my company yesterday. This is the 2nd year we held our annual CNY celebration with Fu Lin Men. Your professionalism from understanding our needs to every details up to the event day itself is undebatable first-class. Every table was given full attention and services by you and your team. Our annual event could not have been more successful without you. Your seamless assistance and interaction with me and my management throughout the event has made everyone so comfortable and trusting that we are able to fully relax and enjoy ourselves. In addition, this year the food tastes even better than last year! The fish was extraordinary fresh and crispy, so were the vegetables and the Lo Hei. However, I want to earnestly apologise to you for the late ending of our event as this year we took slightly more time as we have 2 x more long service awards to give out as compared to last year. While I tried to control my time and even scrapped one game session, I still failed to keep time as I have promised. Please accept our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused to you and your management, as well as your clients. Nonetheless, thank you so much once again and wishing you and your wonderful team, a prosperous Chines New Year 2025! Regards.
Fried fish and drunken shrimps very good! Duck not bad. Service are good and attentive. Not many people on the weekends. For me, it is very good for family gathering. A hidden jem I would say!
When there, for the first time during cny and the food was great and the staff was fantastic with everything.
Even though, with some staff due to hiring part time there was language barrier.
Second time, round and being in the afternoon it is great.
Their recommended dish, is peking duck.
Went there on Mother's Day. Despite a lean number of staff, service was pretty good despite the restaurant being fully booked. Luckily the $44 peking duck (50% offer) was still on the menu. The duck skin was crispy and meat was soft and easy to chew. The prawn broth had good amounts of herbs in there. The veg and fish dishes were good too. Their yee fu noodles was cooked well too; wet but not overly soggy. An enjoyable meal. Gave restaurant 5 stars as mom was able to enjoy the duck.
Made a last minute reservation for 13pax. We were fortunate that they’re able to accommodate us all at 1 table. Food is good and reasonably price. Ample parking space and no crowd.
This place is fantastic for holding a Chinese wedding dinner. The price package for wedding dinners are also very affordable compared to hotels, and the menu is fantastic; many wedding guests have complimented the food!
The restaurant manager, Ruel, is especially helpful, and goes above and beyond to fulfil any requirements that we had. From the menu selection, decor, and the day itself, he was helping every step of the way. In fact, the whole positive experience was only made possible with him around.
All in all, would highly recommend this place, even for a normal meal.
